A music school in every city and town
To raise Christ-centred ministers who will influence their generation through music, and plant music schools in every city and town.

A Christ-centred ministry dedicated to raising a generation of uncompromising music leaders after God’s own heart.
East African Gospel began on Easter Sunday 2010 as a prayer and a burden: that God would raise music leaders for East Africa who carry His presence, not just a melody.
Like a mustard seed, it started small. A prayer fellowship became a movement, a movement became a school, and the school became a family of ministries serving children, artists, worship leaders and churches across the region.
Music shapes identity, culture and belief. That is why we will not compromise: it is all about Jesus.

Ten ministries, more than 3,000 lives touched and a vision for a music school in every city and town.

When we started, we had a small group of young people, a burden for the church in East Africa, and a conviction that God wanted to raise a generation of musicians who would carry His presence, not just a melody.
So we prayed. That prayer fellowship became a movement, and by God’s grace it has become a school, a children’s ministry, a home for artists and a forum for worship leaders. Thousands of lives have been touched, and some of our graduates now run music schools of their own.
Jesus said the wise builder dug deep and laid his foundation on the rock. That is still our calling. Talent can fill a stage, but only character built on Christ will stand when the storms come. If God has placed a song in your heart, come and let us build on the Rock together.

Five convictions that shape every ministry of East African Gospel.
It is all about Jesus. Every song, class and stage points to Him.
We build God’s Kingdom, not our own name or platform.
We serve the church, the artist and the community with humility.
We train with excellence in skill, character and sound doctrine.
We catch them young and pass the baton faithfully.
Ministers and leaders who carry the vision of East African Gospel across our ministries.
Throughout our journey, God has brought artists, ministers, churches and friends alongside us to help nurture and advance the vision of East African Gospel. Some stood with us when the vision was just a seed; others joined along the way, sharing their gifts, faith and commitment to raising Christ-centred music ministers after God’s own heart.
We honour and celebrate everyone whose contribution has helped shape our story and move this vision forward.
